Unfortunately the main contractor AL Fara’a
although agreeing to engage us because logically they could
not find anybody else including their own factories to engineer
and produce their work at cheaper price. Their behavior meant
we were obliged to take them to court for payments and the court
awarded us every claimed dirham plus expenses.
It is beautiful piece of engineering producing a fountain of
40mt circumference in stainless steel. Controlling heat expansion,
distortion and the fact that its levels must stay within less than
a millimeter all around for the water to flow equally on all sides.
As you view the photos think of this and contemplate the heat
of 50⁰ centigrade and the water pushed by wind from side to
side and how this water descends equally down each side
from the top of the cube around the basin.
